The NGO Global Pay Survey subscription includes access to: 

  1. Compensation Survey Report 

  2. Expatriate Practices Survey Report 

  3. Incumbent Data Report 

The first two are PDF reports sent to you by your Account Manager, while the Incumbent Data Report is an online tool accessible through the Community™ website. 

Log on to the Community ™ website using your Birches Group account credentials. Then, follow the steps in the video below that show how to navigate the online tool and how to download data in Excel format.
